Eligibility for Return
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will verify your request within 24 hours
- Ship the product back to our address (we will cover return shipping for defective items)
- After inspection, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been tampered with, physically damaged by the customer, or are missing original accessories are not eligible for return.
